Types of ergonomics

In the first type we have physical ergonomics , which discusses the permanent relationship between daily activities that require physical effort to be carried out and the anatomical characteristics of the human being.
The main objective of physical ergonomics is to improve an individual's performance by applying analyses and studies of their anthropometry, biomechanics and physiology in their workstations.
Organizational ergonomics is related to the company's culture, processes and policies. This type of ergonomics aims to adapt the working conditions offered by the company to the employee's health and well-being.
In the case of cognitive ergonomics, it discusses mental processes such as reasoning and memory, which the employee uses to perform tasks, as well as how they interact with other factors. Therefore, in general, it is linked to reasoning, reaction and motor response, in relation to the scenario and memory of employees.
