2. Afro Block "Ilú Oba De Min" from the São Paulo association "Ilú Obá De Min - Education, Culture and Black Art" - on the 11th, at 2 pm.

The block features a drum section made up exclusively of women who officially kick off São Paulo's street carnival.

3. Activity “I only know it’s samba” on the 18th, at 7pm.

The workshop offers open samba classes, shows and a big dance led by choreographer Patrick Carvalho, exploring the cultural roots of Rio samba.

4. "Music-meeting: Carnivals of the Metropolis" Project - 24th, at 5 pm.

The project promotes discussions about the relationship between blocks, trios, samba schools and the press, exploring their organization and differences.

5. “Night of the Charme Ball” - 25th, at 7pm

“Noite do Baile Charme” is a show that aims to celebrate black culture in music and dance. The show will feature Black Charme steps, a mix of dance moves that have evolved over time.

In addition to these activities, Novo Anhangabaú offers the series "Vale um Samba" on Saturdays - with shows by Tereza Gama, Gê de Lima and Caio Moura - and "Sons do Vale" on Sundays - with special performances by black artists.

For those looking for more relaxing activities, Hatha Yoga classes take place on Saturdays at 10 am, while the "Public Training in the Valley" theater workshops offer technical improvement in performing arts.

Finally, on the 28th and 30th, the writing workshop "What can the word do?" will introduce tools and procedures for creating new texts, exploring the power of the word.
